A kitchen where we keep the existing layout is very different from a renovation involving wall removal, structural beams, relocated plumbing, new electrical, cabinetry, flooring, and adjoining rooms.

For substantial kitchen renovations, homeowners should generally be prepared for an investment around:

$40,000–$50,000+

Larger kitchens, structural changes, premium cabinetry, and more extensive renovations may require a larger investment.

  My husband and I did a fairly significant remodel and addition on our home that was completed this summer by Butler Building.  As with many large projects, there were some surprises that came up (i.e. the need to demo the garage foundation), but through these challenges, Anthony and the team were really easy to work with and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests. They took into account the small details that we asked for and went above and beyond to make sure that things turned out perfectly.  Michelle and Aimee were great about keeping us informed when contractors would be at our house, which was really helpful since we were living in the house while the work was being done.  We love our new home and would absolutely consider working with Butler again for any future home remodeling projects!

  The crew were working at a neighbor’s house and I went to ask for a business card. Instead of just handing me a card Anthony took the time to come over and discuss what we were looking to do.
From the very first step of a complete (to the studs) renovation of our two bathrooms we received an update every week even before construction began.
Once construction began, communication continued to be exceptional.
We had to pivot product choice a couple of times and the team took it in stride.
The entire team was personable, friendly, and considerate.  The tile work is amazing.
We have other projects that we would like to do and Butler Builders will be the 1st contractor we call.

  They did a great job fixing my house after a car crashed into it. I had a lazy Allstate adjuster and they went above and beyond making sure to provide all documentation even months after the repairs were completed and the adjuster was finally replaced. I highly recommend them!

  Anthony came to my house. I asked for an estimate to replace my shower because i thought it was causing a black mold problem in the basement. He took videos of both the shower area and mold.  Instead of the high pressure sales i had been experiencing,  I got advice not to do the shower until the mold was fixed because it might not be due to the shower.  Imagine my surprise.  When the first crew came to expose the underlying area, they were nice and respectful. They sealed off where they were working with plastic etc., kept up with closing the doors and gate to keep the dogs from escaping, and kept me informed thru the day. They located and fixed the issue and then told me the sheetrock guy would be out to put all that back.  Anthony called or texted the night before each time to let me know what time to expect  his men.  Sheetrock work was amazing.  Although only a part of the wall was torn out, he painted the whole wall. Looks great.

  I contracted Butler to change an existing spare bedroom closet on the first floor into a space for both a closet and a stackable laundry unit. I didn't want to keep having to use the big laundry units in the basement due to some health issues and problems I was having dealing with the steps. Anthony and his team were a pleasure to work with on this project. They were professional and considerate of my opinions. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and respectful of my property. The construction site was kept very clean and they made sure no debris was left out overnight. This project involved all trades including carpentry, plumbing and electrical. They managed them all with ease. I highly recommend them and plan to use them on any future projects I may have.

  We choose Butler Building & Restoration to update our kitchen after reading reviews and seeing some photos.

We were very happy with the Butler team. We appreciated the respect that all the workers showed to our house as they worked there. The clean up after everyday day was also impressive, we never had any problems with a mess or leaving equipment out.

The communication with them is also a plus. They respond in a timely manner and are very respectful.

We would recommend using Butler as Anthony and his team take great pride in there work and do a great job.
